One note of clarification (because people always ask), the Mexican in Mexican Pictures is me.

Hi, I'm Raul Gutierrez. Years ago I kept a photoblog and I've missed it, so I put it back together again. I'm also reviving my text blog Heading East. I hope to add new work from time to time and I hope you enjoy it.

I run a kids science app company called Tinybop (it's fun you should check it out), and an AI image platform called PictureStudio. (also fun if I don't say so myself!). The latter might be surprising for someone who mainly shoots film, but I love image makng and love exploring this new realm.
